As a Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee custom home builds and large-scale remodel projects from concept to completion. You'll be the vital link between clients, subcontractors, and our leadership team, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to our exacting standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where problem-solving and collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of custom home and remodeling projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain seamless project flow.
• Review project specifications, secure bids, and manage contracts.
• Resolve on-site issues to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Assist in material procurement and delivery as needed.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain job site professionalism and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide accurate progress updates and collaborate with leadership on project planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years in construction project management, preferably in custom homes or high-end remodels.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with tools and knowledgeable in construction processes; able to step in for light troubleshooting when needed.
• Own a reliable vehicle, personal tools, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively.
• Punctuality, excellent communication, and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with local subcontractors and suppliers, with the ability to leverage professional relationships.

Compensation

• Full Time Position
• Base Salary at $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonuses on project profitability and successful business development efforts.
• Potential for growth and expanded responsibilities within a growing company.
